These burgers are not for the health conscious or small stomached. They stand and some of the strangest yet most epic hamburgers one can find in Toronto. Those without conviction should stop reading now. But for avid burger enthusiasts, meat lovers, and epic meal time hunters. Venue presents 4 of the most epic burgers in Toronto:
Holy Chuck - Go Chuck Yourself
This name of this one says it all, because eating this burger will Chuck your body up. The 'Go Chuck Yourself' burger contains six patties, sick slices of cheese, triple bacon, and caramelized onions. All stacked between three grilled cheese sandwiches. If that wasn't enough, the burger comes with a optional challenge. Finish the 'Go Chuck Yourself' burger and any milkshake in under 6 minutes and get your picture on their "Wall of Fame" plus an exclusive t-shirt. But beware, should you fail your picture will instead go on their "Wall of Shame" for all to mock because, as they put it, YOU JUST CHUCKED YOURSELF!
The Burger's Priest - The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse
The Burger's Priest has made a burger suitable for the end of days. Known for their secret menu, a menu not posted anywhere in the restaurant (but you can check it out online), The Burger's Priest has many sinfully good burgers within its kingdom. But none so sinful as The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, a double cheeseburger with two Portobello mushrooms sandwiched between two grilled cheese. Any holy burger warriors looking to challenge the apocalypse do so at their own risk.
The Works - The Full Mountie
You could take almost any burger from The Works menu and put it here. Their menu consists of burger upon burger combination that few people could fathom. The Full Mountie is one of their more simple ones, but it's also an ingenious one (and a truly Canadian one). The burger is topped with fries, cheese curds, and gravy. In other words, it's a poutine on a hamburger made from 100% fresh Canadian beef. This is definitely a case when it's ok to go full mountie.
Lisa Marie - Double Pork Pancake Burger
Looking to start your day off right? Why not try Lisa Marie's Double Pork Pancake Burger. Should you survive the encounter, you'll have conquered your biggest challenge for the day and the rest of the day should be a breeze. The Pancake Burger consists of two pork patties topped with the usual lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. All stuffed between two pancakes and served with a side of maple syrup. This truly is the brunch of champions.
